What this service does, what it does not do, and what it is responsible for. Updated 21 September 2026.
What it is.
Levelvale is a calculation tool. You enter your own figures; it shows the yield they produce after costs and tax, then places that result beside a bank deposit, government and corporate bonds, and an index fund calculated with the same formula.
This is not investment advice.
The service does not advise you to buy or not to buy, does not value a specific property, and is not investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. It shows the arithmetic and its inputs; you make the conclusion. If the decision is material to you, discuss it with an appropriate adviser in the country where the property is located.
The calculation is based on your figures.
We do not and cannot verify whether the price, rent, rates, and time periods you enter are correct. The result is exactly as accurate as the inputs.
About data supplied by the page itself.
Some calculator values are placeholders and guides, not verified data for your market. Tax rules, including Georgian rates and thresholds, are drawn from public sources and clearly marked in the interface as requiring verification: tax law changes and applies differently to each case. Exchange rates come from an external service and may differ from your bank’s rate. None of these figures should be treated as a confirmed fact without independent verification.
Subscription.
The full model is available by subscription: $9 per month or $79 per year. Payment and cancellation are handled through Gumroad. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Account.
Access is tied to the email address used for payment. Do not share access with third parties. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
Prohibited use.
You may not present calculation results as an independent valuation or expert opinion, automatically extract the site’s contents, or try to access another person’s account or saved calculations.
Liability.
The service is provided as is. We work to keep the arithmetic correct and fix errors we find, but we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a calculation or for losses resulting from those decisions.
Changes.
These terms may change; the update date is shown at the top of the page.
Governing law.
The section on governing law and dispute resolution is in preparation. It depends on the legal entity and country the service is registered in, and will be published after review by a qualified lawyer.
