What we collect, what we do not collect, and why. Updated 21 September 2026.
In brief.
Levelvale is a property yield calculator. Until you create an account, we do not know who you are. The figures you enter in the calculator stay in your browser and are not sent to our servers.
What is collected while you simply read the site.
We keep anonymous visit statistics: a random session identifier, the event name (opening a page, scrolling, pressing a button), the page address, language, where you came from, and advertising campaign tags if the link contained them. We do not record your IP address, name, or email, and we do not set advertising cookies. We use these statistics to understand which pages work and which do not.
What is stored in your browser.
The figures entered in the calculator, selected language, colour theme, and property type are saved locally in your browser so you do not have to enter them again on your next visit. This data does not leave your device. Clearing the site data in your browser removes it completely.
What appears when you create an account.
Your email address and password. The password is stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash — we cannot see or recover it.
What is saved when you use the paid model.
If you save a property in “My properties”, our database stores the figures you entered for that calculation and the name you gave it. If you create a property passport and make it public, its contents become available to anyone with the link. Until you press “save”, there is nothing in the database.
Payment.
Subscriptions are purchased through Gumroad. You enter your bank-card details on their site; we do not receive or store them. Gumroad tells us the email address used for the purchase and when access expires.
Who else sees your request.
As on most websites, when a page loads your IP address is technically visible to our hosting provider, the Google Fonts service, and the exchange-rate service we query for conversion into Georgian lari. We send them nothing beyond what is necessary to load the page.
How long everything is kept.
Visit statistics are kept while they remain useful for product development. Your account and saved calculations are kept while your account exists.
Your rights.
You may ask what information we hold about you and request deletion of your account together with your saved calculations. Write to us and we will do this.

We do not set advertising cookies or use third-party trackers, so a conventional consent banner would be a formality that protects nothing. Instead, you can completely disable anonymous statistics here.
